1.Promotion Details

1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Lollies ‘N’ Sweets Pty Ltd, located at 117 The Entrance Road, The Entrance NSW 2261 (“Promoter”).

1.2 The Promotion commences on 12 April 2025 and closes for entry at the close of business on 27 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

1.3 The winner will be drawn at Lollies ‘N’ Sweets, The Entrance, at 5:00 pm on 28 March 2026.

1.4 Entry into the Promotion and acceptance of the Prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2.Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia.

2.2 The Prize is for four (4) persons — two (2) adults and two (2) children (under 18 years at the time of travel to Disneyland). The travelling party must include:

• the winner; and
• three (3) immediate family members of the winner.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “immediate family member” means spouse/partner, parent, child or sibling.

2.3 No substitution of travellers is permitted once the booking is confirmed.

3.Entry Conditions

3.1 Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be valid.

4.Prize Details

4.1 The Prize consists of:

• Return economy airfares from Sydney, Australia to a city near the Disneyland destination selected by the Promoter, for two (2) adults and two (2) children;
• Five (5) nights’ accommodation near the selected Disneyland destination, for two (2) adults and two (2) children; and
• Five (5) consecutive days of Disneyland passes for two (2) adults and two (2) children.

4.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash (in whole or in part).

4.3 The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner.

5.Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received.

5.2 The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw.

5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within six (6) months of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Prize. In such circumstances, the winner and their family members will have no further claim against the Promoter in relation to the Prize.

6.Prize Redemption & Travel Requirements

6.1 The Prize must be redeemed within two (2) years from the draw date (“Redemption Period”).

6.2 The Prize can only be redeemed for travel that includes the winner and three (3) immediate family members as defined in clause 2.2.

6.3 The winner must provide at least six (6) months’ written notice to the Promoter prior to the intended departure date from Sydney to allow arrangements to be made.

6.4 All Prize components (including flights, accommodation and Disneyland passes) are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable once booked, except as required by law.

6.5 The winner and travelling party are responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation (including valid passports and visas) and for arranging their own travel insurance, medical insurance, and covering all incidental and personal expenses.

7.Changes, Refunds & Force Majeure

If travel arrangements are cancelled or affected due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, pandemics (including COVID-19), airline cancellations, acts of war, natural disasters or venue closures:

7.1 Any refund issued by the airline, accommodation provider or Disneyland supplier and paid directly to the winner must be returned to the Promoter.

7.2 Upon receipt of refunded amounts, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to rebook the travel arrangements, subject to availability and feasibility.

7.3 If it is not reasonably possible to rebook within the original Redemption Period, the Prize will be deemed forfeited and no compensation will be payable.

7.4 Any additional costs arising from voluntary changes, missed flights, or travel disruptions not caused by the Promoter must be borne by the winner.

8.Unclaimed Prize

8.1 If the Prize is not redeemed within the Redemption Period, it will be forfeited and no claim may be made by the winner or their family members.

9.Publicity

9.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10.Privacy

10.1 Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for the administration of the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties assisting with Prize fulfilment.

10.2 Entrants consent to the Promoter storing and using their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11.Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
